It all began in July with the apricots that I picked off of a wild tree on our road (for yummy jam)...
Followed by blackberries that I picked several different times for more jam, tomatoes from our garden...
and finished off the summer with grape juice, pears (from a tree at Joel's office), peaches, and today I ended with applesauce! I am so grateful to have a pantry full of fresh summer food for the winter and to be done until next summer!
